RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I hope you’re in love with your new ROOP. Everything is lovingly and carefully handmade to order in our studio so please be sure before you purchase as I'm unable to offer returns. This is especially true when ordering custom or embroidered items. As they will be made specially for you we want them to be perfect, if you would like to chat through anything before ordering we are always happy to help. 

I am more than happy to answer any queries you may have before purchasing!

If you’re not totally satisfied, please get in touch within 14 days to discuss why and of course I'll be more than happy to help.

If an exchange is possible there is a £10 charge plus postage, as all our items are handmade to order.
